Eh. You might not be able to get an animator, but if you do, go ask in the flash forums, you might get someone to help you. There's also a a thread about voice actors there, so they might help you.
Some one has already agreed to help.
If possible I could provide the actual art work to be animated If its necessary.I just need the animating.
